Deluxe Spa Day For Two At Rowhill Grange Utopia Spa
Once in a while everyone needs to recharge their batteries, and there's no better way than being pampered at the four star Rowhill Grange Hotel and Utopia Spa, a charming hotel set in nine acres of award-winning gardens. Enjoy unlimited access to the spa facilities including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. If you're feeling energetic, a qualified instructor can show you how to use the equipment in the fitness suite, and you can join a range of exercise classes. Your experience will also include a power facial and a back, neck and shoulder massage each, plus a two course lunch from the Spa Cuisine menu. You won't believe that something healthy can feel so indulgent.

Availability
Seven days a week. The spa is very popular - book at least six weeks in advance, especially at weekends when there are often wedding parties at the main hotel.
Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 18. This experience is suitable for both men and women.
Duration
Please arrive at 9am (as your treatments may be booked for any time after then). You're welcome to stay until around 5pm. Treatment times will be confirmed on the day. Your treatments will last for 25 minutes each.
Dress Code
Bring swimwear, plus a tracksuit and trainers for use in the fitness suite. Bring flip flops if you have them, or you can buy slippers on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable).
