Welsh Whiskey Masterclass And Tasting For Two
They're keeping a welcome in the hillside for whisky enthusiasts at Penderyn Distillery, the only one in Wales and the first to legally distil whisky in the country for more than 100 years. Your expert guide will take you through the single malt whisky production process, explaining each step from malting through to bottling, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Next it's time to visit the still room and the bottling hall to see the process in action, then you'll learn how to 'nose' a whisky, with a session nosing and tasting a range of Penderyn single malt whiskies. You'll have time to explore the exhibition area and whisky tasting room (and sample more single malts), and you'll also receive a Penderyn gift and masterclass booklet to take home.
Availability

Minimum age is 18. We regret that this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Duration
The session will last for around two and a half hours.
