Spa Day Heaven
Your day at the spa includes the choice of two 25 minute treatments - choose from body exfoliation, foot ritual (polish not included), booster facial or a massage or hair and scalp ritual. Facilities include a (20 metre ozone treated) swimming pool, jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, steam rooms, plunge pool, tropical fish relaxation lounge and squash courts. Why not try an exercise or relaxation class to continue the mood. A delicious lunch is also included. This spa has everything, it's central, spacious, relaxing and we think you'll be reluctant to leave, so it's a good job that you can spend the whole day!

Availability
Seven days a week throughout the year. The club is closed on Christmas and New Years Day.
Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 18.
Duration
All treatments are prebooked and you'll be advised of treatment times when you arrive. Your treatments will last for 25 minutes each. You are welcome to stay all day until 5pm.
Dress Code
Bring swimwear, flip flops and your workout gear (including trainers). Towels, robes and slippers are provided. You'll have access to a private locker.

Use of mobile phones in public areas is prohibited. If you wish to book additional treatments please ring the spa direct at least two weeks in advance.
