Cook Dinner In An Hour For Two
This revolutionary cookery school offers hands-on cooking classes from fresh fish to juicy steaks, delicious desserts to delicate canapes, the choices are as varied as the cuisines on offer. Classes are run by professional Michelin star trained chefs who share their passion for food through delicious recipes which can be cooked at home. In the modern, state-of-the-art kitchens you will be guided through each step of your chosen menu, sharing expert tips and tricks of the trade along the way. Once everything is ready, sit down to enjoy your delicious creations over a well earned glass of wine in the dining area. You will receive a L'atelier des Chefs apron and the recipes will be forwarded to you via email so you can recreate them at home.
Availability
Courses run selected Mondays to Saturdays throughout the year. Using Red Letter Days' unique order reference, you will make your booking directly via L'atelier des Chefs website.
Participant Guidelines
All participants over the age of 16 are welcome.
Duration
Your experience will last for an hour in the kitchen for your cookery course and extra time for dining.
Numbers On Day
The two of you can expect to share your experience with up to 19 other budding chefs.
Dress Code
There is no dress code but we recommend wearing comfortable and closed in shoes. Aprons are provided to protect your clothes whilst cooking.
