Fish Cutting Skills At Yo! Sushi For Two
The Japanese have turned the preparation of fresh fish into an art form; now it's your turn to try making exquisite sashimi and sushi under the expert guidance of YO! Sushi's experienced chefs. After an introduction you'll practise on two of the staple fish of Japanese cuisine, salmon and tuna, creating your own sashimi and nigiri sushi with help from the experts. You'll also learn how to use and maintain a sashimi knife and how to select the freshest fish (as well as tips on where to buy it). You'll finish with a bento box for lunch, and take home all the sashimi and sushi you have prepared, as well as a course certificate and a step-by-step guide to practise with at home.

Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 18. Please inform us when booking if you have any special dietary requirements.
Duration
Your experience will last for around three hours.
