Indian Cookery Masterclass For Two
Learn how to use a fabulous fusion of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques at this impressively chic restaurant. After tea and coffee on arrival you'll be given an informative introduction to the history of Indian food by internationally renowned Chef, Jasbinder Singh (who has worked for His Holiness the Dalai Lama, as well as in the best five-star restaurants in New Delhi). Learn the ins and outs of preparing a three course Indian meal, from starter through to dessert. Afterwards you'll be treated to a delectable and innovative five-course meal complemented with selected wines and champagne. As a memento take home some menu cards, to help you replicate the memorable gastronomic creations of the day.
Availability
One class every two months on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday mornings. Bookings are subject to availability.
Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 18. Vegetarians are welcome. This experience is suitable for wheelchair users, however please be aware that the toilets are downstairs.
Duration
Your experience lasts for three to four hours, divided into two parts. Time for your cookery demonstration, talk and any questions and answers. Then the remaining phase is for you to relax, take your seat and enjoy a great meal.
Numbers On Day
There will be a maximum of 18 people sharing the experience.
Dress Code
Dress code is smart casual, no sportswear please.
