Mountain Walk On Ben Nevis For Two
Starting at Fort William you'll follow the historic pony track up onto the plateau, aiming to reach the old summit observatory perched on the edge of the huge North face. Expect to deal with all sorts of conditions - it can snow on Ben Nevis for 365 days of the year however, if the skies are clear, then half of Scotland will be visible from the summit. Your guide will keep the pace sensible but more experienced walkers have the option of scrambling up and along the narrow ridge of Carn Mor Dearg onto the summit. The day finishes with a hot chocolate and a debrief at the National Ice Climbing centre in Kinlochleven, before rewarding your tired limbs with a sauna and steam.
Availability
Available all year round. Please allow at least six weeks advance notice for weekend bookings.
