Rasul Exotic Body Treatment
Treat yourself to a calming exfoliating mud treatment with the rasul experience. The ancient Egyptian bathing ritual begins as you apply specially-formulated clay to your body, before entering the decorated rasul chamber. The heat of the sauna will harden the clay and help to detoxify your skin and then an infusion of steam will fill the room to soften the clay before a gentle rain-like shower washes all the mud away leaving your skin unbelieveably smooth. Make the most of the communal spa facilities after your rasul so that by the time you leave, you feel totally refreshed and relaxed.
Availability
Mondays to Fridays throughout the year, subject to availability. The spas are closed on national holidays, including Christmas and New Year.
Participant Guidelines
The experience is open to both men and women but you must be aged 18 or over. Rasul is not suitable for pregnant women.
Duration
Your time in the rasul will last for around 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that your details can be recorded. If you arrive late you may miss your booked slot. Afterwards you may use the spa facilities up to 1pm.
Numbers On Day
Numbers at the spa will vary. You may share the Rasul treatment room with a maximum of three other people (single sex only).
Dress Code
Swimwear and workout gear. Ladies, please note that you will be advised to remove all make-up, so bring more with you if you wish to re-apply it when you leave. Robe hire is included.

The use of mobile phones in public areas is prohibited. Smoking is not permitted within public areas or in the grounds.
